Terms of Service

By creating an Electricwelt account, accessing the Club or Studio, or using any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the product when practical.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, view content, subscribe, tip, message, or upload content.

By registering you confirm that you are of legal age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will not allow anyone under 18 to access your account or any paid content.

Electricwelt may include intimate, adult, or otherwise sensitive creator content. You acknowledge that you are knowingly accessing an adults-only environment.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Members (Club) and creators (Studio) have different capabilities. Misrepresenting your role, impersonating others, or sharing access to circumvent paywalls is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that present risk to other users or the platform.

Creators retain ownership of original content they upload, subject to the licenses granted here. Members do not acquire ownership of creator content by paying for membership, tips, or rewards.

By posting content you grant Electricwelt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the platform (including feeds, previews, notifications, and technical processing).

You represent that you own or control all rights needed to post your content, that every person depicted has consented (and is 18+), and that your content does not infringe others’ rights.

Downloading, screen-recording, redistributing, or commercially exploiting creator content outside Electricwelt without the creator’s express permission is forbidden.

You may not post, request, or facilitate illegal content; content involving anyone under 18; non-consensual intimate imagery; doxxing; threats; hate or harassment; spam; malware; or payment fraud.

You may not scrape the service, reverse engineer client software beyond what the law allows, circumvent paywalls or age gates, or use automated tools to abuse messaging, likes, or rewards.

Creators must comply with applicable tax, advertising, and performer-consent rules in their jurisdiction. Members must not pressure creators for content that violates these Terms.

Paid memberships, tips, and other purchases are billed through our payment partners. Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm payment.

Unless required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once content access or a digital benefit has been delivered. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account suspension.

Creators are responsible for setting lawful pricing and for any taxes owed on earnings. Payout timing and fees may depend on our processors and your verification status.

We process account, usage, and payment-related data to run Electricwelt. Essential storage (including cookies or local storage) is required for sign-in, security, preferences, and fraud prevention.

Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can choose “Essential only” or “Accept all”; your choice is stored locally on your device.

Cookie and similar technologies may include session tokens, consent records, device identifiers for notifications, and performance metrics. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or core features from working.

For any cookie or similar technology used on Electricwelt—whether essential or optional—your choices and these Terms govern how we handle that matter. Clearing site data may reset your consent prompt.

Electricwelt is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings for creators, or that every piece of user content is accurate or appropriate for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electricwelt and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Electricwelt and request account closure subject to outstanding payments, chargebacks, or legal holds.

We may remove content or close accounts for violations, legal requests, prolonged inactivity, or to protect users. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted, payment obligations, and liability limits) continue after termination.

These Terms are the agreement between you and Electricwelt regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization or sale.
